Defexer is a
side project from known Brisbane DJ/Producer Simon Lee (aka DJ SiLo). Defexer is about Embarking on a journey into the depths of electronic music in the most artistic way possible without being held back by genres or the rules of contemporary music.
Defexers music is a genre-less entity ranging from Electronica, IDM, House and Experimental Sound Art.
Loving the Art of Synthesis almost all of his sounds are his own made through a mixture of equipment from Modular Analog Synths to a very selective list of Soft Synths that allows him to create the best sounds for the project at hand.
A personal expression of Art and self-exploration though music, Defexer can Range from Dark n Evil or Blissful n Orgasmic. To Defexer it’s all about the sound and the ‘Idea’ that the track represents.
It is Defexers goal to always give his listeners a new experience of interesting music and noise art.
