Michael Pinnell from Brisbane Australia has been experimenting with production of electronic music and production techniques since he was in high school. Fast forward almost 10 years and he is finally ready to immerse himself into the arena of professional production of electronic music as Bassfactor and release a Full Length album. His love of music and appreciation of a variety of Genres (especially in the electronic arena naming electro, progressive house, tech house, tech trance, psytrance, progressive breaks, dubstep, chillwave, chillout and indie electro being his most admired) has helped shape he music he now makes under his new alias. Being a lover of Trance in his heyday Michael has slowed down his taste in music but still loves to incorporate its progressive style. Aiming to produce a unique style of music that sounds chilled out, trancey, funky, grungy, techy and fitting somewhere into the category of dubstep / breaks / chillout with a dash of electro Michael just loves to make a good beat with a killer rhythm and groove into his tracks. A lover of sounds such as Piano, trance synths and grungy baselines Bassfactor wants to create the Music of Today and ultimately what will also become the music of tomorrow.
